Registering your team for the Xantolo Handball Festival involves creating an account on the Y-sports platform and completing the team registration form. Follow the steps below to ensure your team's place in the tournament.

Create Your Y-sports Account

The first step is to create an account on the Y-sports platform, our official tournament management system. Your account will allow you to register teams, track their status, and access tournament information.

  1. Visit Y-sports platform
  2. Click on "Create account" in the upper right corner
  3. Complete the form with your information (name, email, password)
  4. Accept the terms and conditions
  5. Click "Register"

Confirm Your Email

After creating your account, you'll receive a confirmation email. You must verify your email address to activate your Y-sports account.

  1. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders)
  2. Open the email from Y-sports
  3. Click the "Verify Email" button or link
  4. You'll be redirected to the Y-sports platform

Email verification is required before you can register a team. If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam folder or click "Resend Verification" on the login page.

Access the Xantolo Tournament Page

Once your account is verified, log in and access the Xantolo Handball Festival tournament page.

  1. Log in to your Y-sports account
  2. Navigate to the "Tournaments" section
  3. Find and select "Xantolo Handball Festival 2025"
  4. Click on "Register Team" button

Complete the Registration Form

Fill out the team registration form with all required information. Be prepared with the following details:

Team Information

  • Team name
  • Club name
  • Age category
  • Team colors

Player Information

  • Full names
  • Birth years
  • Jersey numbers

Team Officials

  • Coach name
  • Contact information
  • Role in team

Submit Registration and Pay Participation Fee

After completing the registration form, submit your application and proceed to payment.

  1. Review all team information for accuracy
  2. Submit the registration form
  3. Pay the participation fee donation (2950 MXN per team)
  4. Keep your confirmation number or receipt

Registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment instructions will be sent to your registered email after form submission.

Can I register multiple teams?

Yes, you can register multiple teams using the same Y-sports account. You need to complete a separate registration form for each team and make individual payments for each team's participation fee.

Can I update my team roster after registration?

Yes, you can update your team roster until October 15, 2025. After that date, roster changes will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances by contacting the tournament organizers directly.
