This website is operated by the Xantolo Handball organizers.
What we process
- Technical request data from your browser (e.g., IP address, user agent) processed by web infrastructure for security and delivery.
- Language preference stored in your browser as xantoloLanguage.
- Cookie consent preference stored in your browser as ys_cookie_consent_v1.
- When you register or participate: identification and contact details, team and role, birth year, category, division, jersey number, eligibility, results, statistics, payments, authorizations, emergency contact, communications, and incident records as applicable.
Sensitive data
The Festival does not generally build medical files. Health data may be handled exceptionally when strictly necessary for a specific incident or emergency and only for as long as required.
Why data is used
- Register teams and participants, verify eligibility, organize competition, and publish results or statistics.
- Manage payments, requested services, official communications, protests, incidents, emergencies, safety, and legal obligations.
- With the applicable choice or authorization, provide information about future editions and create institutional or promotional content.
Children and adolescents
The Festival will not publish minors’ contact details, identity documents, or health data; it will minimize identification in public statistics and require the applicable authorization for individualized image, voice, or interview use. Refusal does not affect sporting participation.
Embedded third-party content
Some pages can load embedded services (e.g., YouTube or Google Maps) only after you opt in to functional cookies. Those providers may process personal data under their own privacy policies.

Sharing and service providers
