Declarations and authorizations
The applicable forms must be completed through the mechanism authorized by the Festival. A team’s collective registration does not replace an individual authorization.
Team Representative declaration
Confirms the adult representative, the accuracy of team information, and their role as the formal Festival contact.
Minor participation authorization
Required from a mother, father, guardian, or legal representative for every participant under 18.
Playing-up or Open authorization
Additional authorization when a minor participates in a higher age category or in Open. It does not replace the standard minor authorization.
Image, voice, and interview consent
A separate choice for individualized promotional content and interviews. Refusal does not affect sporting participation.
